Using Meals as Ingredients

I would love the ability to use an already made meal as an ingredient in a new one for flavor, one way to balance the issue of meals becoming too filling is to have this meal apply the same as a single ingredient for nutrition. For example, a good egg being added to a raw chopped salad. Or, for something more complicated, using processed cocoa beans, milk, and sugar to get a high quality chocolate sauce to drizzle over assorted fruits.
